Hotfix: downloading documents saved from the wizard

Fixed

●Documents saved to a matter from the generate wizard could not be previewed or downloaded ("Failed to load") when the title contained a non-ASCII character such as the default em dash. Download filenames now use an ASCII fallback plus a UTF-8 filename* parameter.
●The "Saved to matter" link now opens the matter directly on its Documents tab.

●Legal Document Library under Documents → Library: 201 Texas templates across 12 sections, from engagement and fee agreements to criminal defense, civil pleadings, discovery, business formation, contracts, estate planning and probate, family law, real estate, and demand letters.
●Criminal Defense Flat Fee Representation Agreement with staged fee earning, refund of the unearned portion, explicit scope exclusions, installment schedule, optional trial fee, and third-party payor acknowledgment.
●Personal Injury Contingency Fee Contract drafted to Tex. Gov't Code §82.065 and Rule 1.04(d): tiered percentages (33.33% / 40% / 45% by default), before-or-after-expenses election, lien handling, settlement authority, and closing-statement promise.
●Generate wizard (Matter → Details → Review → Generate): fields prefill from the matter, client, attorney, firm, and court caption; review and edit the merged text before producing a PDF or DOCX, optionally saved to the matter.
●Court & Caption on matters. Court-styled motions and pleadings inherit the court, county, cause number, and case style and print with a Texas § caption, signature block, certificate of service, and proposed order page.
●Official Texas Secretary of State forms (201, 202, 205, 207, 301, 304, 401, 401-A, 424, 503, 504, 651) bundled as fillable PDFs.
●"Save to my Templates" copies any library document into the firm's editable Templates, and matters get a "Generate document" shortcut.
